Todd M. Nelson Managing Member
Todd follows Jesus Christ and aims to practice law with integrity and heart. He is a Counselor at Law, considering his work to faithfully believe and abide in the Truth.
A husband, father, brother and friend, he deeply cares for the people God brings into his life. He is privileged to serve others, hoping to offer wise counsel which may help others resolve various legal related issues.
Todd's expertise touches on business, construction, contracts, real estate, insurance, employment, personal injury, religious freedom, estate planning, constitutional, and non-profit matters. Prior to envisioning Nelson Law Group PLLC, he was a partner with Ferring Nelson and Oles Morrison Rinker.
A lifelong student, Todd earned degrees from Whitman College (B.A. in Economics), and University of Notre Dame (J.D. in Law). He is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary.
Todd enjoys serving with the Union Gospel Mission, Christian Legal Society, Alliance Defense Fund and numerous other ministry and non-profit organizations, such as Young Life, The Lutheran Alliance to Create Housing, World Vision, Bread of Life, International Justice Mission, Operation Nightwatch and Paradox Presentations.
Raised in Spokane, Todd lives in Seattle with his wife and three children. He enjoys visiting with people, sharing the gospel, questioning, listening, helping, learning, reading, praying, speaking, sports and traveling.
